Pool Table Ninjaz is a pool table moving, refelting, and leveling company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, Texas. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at pooltablelmovers.com.

When you request a quote
The quote form asks for: your name, phone number, email address, service type (moving / refelting / leveling), table size, pickup and drop-off addresses, preferred date, and any additional details you choose to share. This information is submitted to our scheduling system and recorded in a private Google Sheet accessible only to our team.
When you subscribe to our newsletter
We collect your email address to send occasional tips, seasonal deals, and DFW pool table news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Live chat (Tawk.to)
Our website uses Tawk.to for live chat. If you start a chat session, Tawk.to may collect your name, email, and chat transcript, and may set cookies on your device. See the Tawk.to Privacy Policy for details.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, time on site, general location). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server logs including IP addresses and browser type. These are used for security and performance monitoring only.

Data retention
Quote request data is kept for as long as necessary to complete the service and handle any follow-up. Newsletter subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below).
